I have worked in probate for more than 14 years, building my experience with three Somerset firms, including Purely Probate.   It is good to be back and I am delighted to be part of Judith’s very experienced, dynamic, good-natured team.

I studied with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives gaining my Associate CILEx qualification.  In addition to probate, I have also dealt with the Court of Protection applications and then managing the annual accounts which have to be filed.  My focus has always been on the client’s needs and concerns which fits perfectly with Purely Probate’s ethos.

I have lived and worked in Belgium, the Middle East, Oxfordshire and the Dordogne area of France, and worked in engineering and creative industries acquiring useful skills in business, book-keeping, management and administration, before settling into law.

My husband and I settled in Somerset, raised two sons and two daughters, all now self-sufficient and independent, so we thoroughly enjoy taking off on his motorbike, or a weekend away in my old VW Campervan, but we also love being at home and pottering in the veg patch.  Last year we adopted a Springer Spaniel from Happy Landings, a local animal rescue centre, who is now 13 years young and a joyful addition to the family and he loves the Campervan trips.
