Why do I need a Will Booklet
Free help booklet
Making a will means you decide about what happens to your money, property and possessions after you die. By making a will you can also ensure that those who inherit don’t pay any more inheritance tax than they should. It is particularly important to make a will if you are not married or are not in a registered civil partnership. This is because the law does not automatically recognise cohabitants (partners who live together) as having the same legal rights as husbands, wives and civil partners.
This free “Why do I need a Will” booklet will help you along the path to making a Will and knowing what questions to ask of the person who is setting up the Will for you.
