Purely Probate is a busy solicitors firm specialising in Wills, Probate and related work. It started in 2011 and is based in West Bradley, 4 miles east of Glastonbury.
The ideal candidate will have experience of private client work within a solicitor’s firm, either as a legal executive, paralegal or legal secretary.
If necessary, we can train the right candidate on the job, provided they have the skill sets needed – good administrator, highly organised, IT and typing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
The role would be adjusted to suit the candidate. If a suitably qualified person applies it could be entirely fee earner work, or a mix of supporting a solicitor and fee earning. If the successful candidate is a less qualified person our aim would be to provide training, so they would in due course be able to take on a fee earner role.
We can be flexible. Minimum 22 hours spread over at least 4 days. However, the role can also be full time.
This will be based on market rates and depend on level of skill and experience.
The current team is a mix of full and part time: 3 solicitors, 1 accountant and 4 administrators/paralegal support.
We are in beautiful offices in the middle of the countryside (Lower Farm Offices, West Bradley BA6 8LT) so you will need your own transport.
It will be hard work, sometimes stressful, rarely boring and often great fun.
